Workshops
How long are your public workshops?
These usually run between 1.5 - 2 hours, but can vary depending on the craft.
How long are your private workshops?
Private workshops are designed to work in with your schedule, you say how long you have and we will sort the rest.
Where are these held?
Public workshops are held in various locations around the BOP, mainly in Mount Maunganui/Tauranga. Each event description will have the specific location of the workshop.
There is a lot of flexibility to where a private workshop can be held - whether it is out in town, or I come to you in the comfort of your own home/space.
What materials are provided at an event?
All creative materials are provided, as well as instructions to help you complete the workshop so you can take home your own masterpiece.
Are food and drinks included?
This is dependant on the location of each workshop. Make sure to read the event description to find whether or not food and drinks are included.
Art Prints
How much is shipping on Art Prints?
There is a standard shipping rate of $9 on all art prints, including commissions.
When are they posted out?
Art prints are sent out every Wednesday. Commission prints are sent out ASAP once completed.
Are there more designs to choose from?
Yes, absolutely!
If you are interested, please fill out the contact form and we can work together to find the perfect print for you.
How long does a commission take?
You should receive an email discussing your commission within 24 hours of your placing your order. We aim to complete all drawings within one week of the design being finalised. If the order time is longer than this, you will be notified in the first instance.

Are the prints framed or unframed?
All of our prints are currently unframed to help keep costs down for both parties.
More than happy to discuss a framed option if you are interested.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Payments
All payments must be made prior to any events, and before recieving art prints.
- Refunds
PUBLIC WORKSHOPS:
If you are unable to attend, please get in touch as soon as possible. Any communication made less than 24hours of an event starting, the business is unable to process a refund, which is inclusive of store credit.
PRIVATE WORKSHOPS:
Final confirmation in numbers need to be communicated within five days of the event. Due to organising and purchasing of event supplies, changes made after the five day cutoff are not eligible for a refund.
- Photography
In most cases, there will be someone taking photos and/or videos during the event that you might feature in, these are for marketing purposes only. We are big on respect and privacy and if you do not want to be in any media, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
- Complaints and Concerns
If there is anything you do not agree with, feel comfortable with, or not certain of, please get in touch as we would like to address these concerns as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to get in contact as this is an important part of the business as we strive to create positive experiences and services for our customers.
